Shipping
Your items will be shipped via services like EMS, UPS, etc.
- Size Restriction: The total of the three dimensions must not exceed 160cm.
- You can select your preferred shipping time. We support shipping to most regions worldwide. If you are unable to find a shipping option for your region, please contact our customer service team for assistance with your order.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
Expected Shipping Date
- Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays) will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Special Circumstances: Shipping may be delayed due to increased order volumes after holidays or the need to source products from other warehouses. We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, but we appreciate your understanding in case of delays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Here are the estimated delivery times for some regions. Please contact customer service for specific delivery times to other regions:

Order Modifications/Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before 12:00 PM on the day your payment is confirmed. After this time or if the order has already shipped, we will not be able to process changes or cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will process a return or exchange based on the situation.
Returns & Exchange Process:
- Please contact customer service first and provide relevant information (including photos of the product, etc.).
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
- After receiving the returned product, we will arrange for a refund or exchange.
Return/Exchange Conditions:
- Due to Shipping Errors: If the product is damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, we will exchange or repair the product free of charge.
- Customer's Personal Reason: Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened products.
Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Items:
- Items not returned within 7 days.
- Used or installed products (e.g., installed bow accessories).
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your designated account. Members will receive points equivalent to the refund amount, but points cannot be converted to cash. If the refund is requested due to the customer’s reason, bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

What countries do you ship to ?
We ship worldwide. If you don't see your country's name at checkout, send us a message or call us.
What shippers do you use?
Normally we use EMS logistics by default. If you need other logistics, please contact our customer service service@amearchery.com
International orders may take 5-30 days. Please note that we are unable to guarantee how long international orders take to clear customs.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We currently offer free shipping to the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer free shipping to other regions.
Our standard shipping rate is $5.99 and up, depending on package size. Rates for expedited orders depend on package sizes and weight.
Returns
How do I return a damaged item?
Report any damages to us within 24 hrs. of receipt via tel call or email.
Please email us pictures of the damaged item(s). Carefully describe the condition of the packaging material and the ordered items. A representative of the shipping company may pick up the package from your location in order to inspect the damage. We will try our best to replace the damaged items for you as soon as possible.
Can I return a product?
You may return your purchase within 30-day for a refund. Check our refund policy
What happens when I refuse delivery of a box?
We do not support order cancellation after delivery. If you refuse to accept the order, we will not pay any fees for you.
What if you shipped me the incorrect item?
Please notify us within 1 day of product discrepancies. Please be prepared to take a picture and email it to us at service@amearchery.com in order to substantiate the claim.
Orders
How fast do you ship products and when will I receive my order?
We ship residential orders same day Monday to Friday for orders received before 11am. Orders received after 11am are shipped by next business day.
Our standard shipping is via EMS. Turn around time is 5-20 days depending on location, holidays, weather and other obstacles. Once an item is picked up by EMS, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
