Shipping
Your items will be shipped via services EMS, UPS.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
Expected Shipping Date
- Generally it takes 0-7 business days for processing after receiving your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.
- Shipping may be delayed due to increased order volumes after holidays or the need to source products from other warehouses. We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, but we appreciate your understanding in case of delays.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–30 days.
- Please note that the shipping time may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and the logistics provider. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 21 days, but in some cases, it may take up to 30 days.
Order Modifications/Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before 15:00 PM(CST) on the day your payment is confirmed. After this time or if the order has already shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

Return/Exchange Conditions:
- Due to Shipping Errors: If the product is damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, we will exchange or repair the product free of charge.
- Customer's Personal Reason: Returns are only accepted for unused products.
Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Items:
- Used or installed products ( installed bow accessories).
Refund Policy
A refund will be processed within 3 business days after we have confirmed that the item matches the buyer’s description.
