We currently offer free shipping to the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.
We ship worldwide. If you don't see your country's name at checkout, send us a message or call us.
What shippers do you use?
Normally we use EMS/UPS logistics by default. If you need other logistics, please contact our customer service service@amearchery.com
Returns
How do I return a damaged item?
Report any damages to us within 24 hrs. of receipt via tel call or email.
Please email us pictures of the damaged item(s). Carefully describe the condition of the packaging material and the ordered items. A representative of the shipping company may pick up the package from your location in order to inspect the damage. We will try our best to replace the damaged items for you as soon as possible.
Can I return a product?
You may return your purchase within 30-day for a refund. Check our refund policy
What happens when I refuse delivery of a box?
We do not support order cancellation after delivery. If you refuse to accept the order, we will not pay any fees for you.
What if you shipped me the incorrect item?

How fast do you ship products and when will I receive my order?
We ship residential orders same day Monday to Friday for orders received before 8Pm(CST). Orders received after 8Pm(CST) are shipped by next business day.
Our standard shipping is via EMS/UPS. Turn around time is 3-37 days depending on location, holidays, weather and other obstacles. Once an item is picked up by EMS/UPS, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
