Shipping
Your items will be shipped via services EMS, UPS.

- Generally it takes 0-7 business days for processing after receiving your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.Orders will not be processed on Saturday and Sunday.

How do I return a damaged item?
Report any damages to us of receipt via tel call or email.
Please email us pictures of the damaged item(s). Carefully describe the condition of the packaging material and the ordered items. We will try our best to replace the damaged items for you as soon as possible.
Can I return a product?
You may return your purchase within 30-day for a refund. Check our refund policy
What happens when I refuse delivery of a box?
We do not support order cancellation after delivery. If you refuse to accept the order, we will not pay any fees for you.
What if you shipped me the incorrect item?
Please notify us of product discrepancies. Please be prepared to take a picture and email it to us at service@amearchery.com in order to substantiate the claim.
