📦 Refunds & Returns Policy

At amearchery.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality archery products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.


1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligible Return Cases

We accept returns or provide refunds under the following conditions:

✔ Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund

✔ Incorrect Item Received

If we send the wrong product:

  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • A replacement will be sent promptly

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized products (see below)
  • Items used, damaged, or not in original condition
  • Items with broken or missing packaging
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Orders with discounts exceeding 10%
  • Requests made after 30 days

4. Custom Products (Important)

Customized items are made specifically for you and include:

  • Arrow shaft cutting
  • Fletching (feather) replacement
  • Arrowhead customization

Service Fee: $7 USD per dozen (12 arrows)

⚠️ Please note:

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Exceptions apply only in cases of defects or errors caused by us

5. Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: Orders can be canceled, and a $15 processing fee may apply
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled

If cancellation is requested after dispatch:

  • We may attempt to intercept the shipment
  • If unsuccessful, shipping and related costs will be borne by the customer

6. Customs Duties & Refused Shipments (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

If a package is:

  • Refused due to unpaid duties, or
  • Rejected upon delivery

Any resulting:

  • Return shipping
  • Storage fees
  • Product loss or destruction

may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.


7. Refusal of Delivery (General)

If a customer refuses delivery without prior agreement:

  • Return shipping and handling costs may be deducted
  • If the package is not returned or arrives damaged, a refund may not be issued

8. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions

9. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


10. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item):
    ✔ We cover all costs
  • If the return is due to buyer reasons (e.g., preference, wrong selection):
    ✔ Customer is responsible for return shipping

11. Restocking Fee (If Applicable)

For non-defective returns, we may apply a restocking fee of up to 15%, especially for international orders with high logistics costs.


12. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method

13. Exchanges

We support exchanges for size or model changes.

  • No handling fee for exchanges
  • Shipping costs may apply depending on the case

14. Shipping Time Disclaimer

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Carriers
  • International disruptions

do not qualify for cancellation or refund requests.


15. Package Not Received

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us with your order and tracking number
  • We will investigate with the carrier and provide a solution (reshipment or refund if applicable)

16. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns or refunds
  • Decline future orders

in cases of suspected abuse of our policies.
