What countries do you ship to ?
We currently support shipping to the following countries:
United States, United Kingdom, Vietnam, France, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Canada, South Africa, Finland, New Zealand, Italy, Netherlands, Hungary, Norway, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Romania, Argentina, Denmark, and Ireland.
Please note: This list includes only some of the countries we currently support. If your country or region is not shown but you are able to place an order on our website, it means we do support shipping and customer service to your location.

Normally we use EMS/UPS/ logistics by default.
Returns
How do I return a damaged item?
Report any damages to us of receipt via tel call or email.
Please email us pictures of the damaged item(s). Carefully describe the condition of the packaging material and the ordered items. We will try our best to replace the damaged items for you as soon as possible.
Can I return a product?
You may return your purchase within 30-day for a refund. Check our refund policy
What happens when I refuse delivery of a box?
We do not support order cancellation after delivery. If you refuse to accept the order, we will not pay any fees for you.
What if you shipped me the incorrect item?
Please notify us of product discrepancies. Please be prepared to take a picture and email it to us at service@amearchery.com in order to substantiate the claim.
Orders
How fast do you ship products and when will I receive my order?
Our standard shipping is via EMS/UPS. Turn around time is 3-37 days depending on location, holidays, weather and other obstacles.
