We support shipping and payment to multiple countries worldwide. If you are unable to complete an order on our website, please contact our customer service team at service@amearchery.com. Our team will process your request and confirm the details within 24 hours.
Shipping
Your items will be shipped via services like EMS, UPS, etc.
- Size Restriction: The total of the three dimensions must not exceed 160cm.
- You can select your preferred shipping time. We support shipping to most regions worldwide. If you are unable to find a shipping option for your region, please contact our customer service team for assistance with your order.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
Expected Shipping Date
- Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays) will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Special Circumstances: Shipping may be delayed due to increased order volumes after holidays or the need to source products from other warehouses. We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, but we appreciate your understanding in case of delays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Here are the estimated delivery times for some regions. Please contact customer service for specific delivery times to other regions:
- Vietnam: 7-10 days
- Philippines: 3-7 days
- Malaysia: 3-7 days
- Thailand: 3-7 days
- Singapore: 7 days
- United States: 7-30 days
- United Kingdom: 7-30 days
- Australia: 12-30 days
Order Modifications/Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before 12:00 PM on the day your payment is confirmed. After this time or if the order has already shipped, we will not be able to process changes or cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will process a return or exchange based on the situation.
Returns & Exchange Process:
- Please contact customer service first and provide relevant information (including photos of the product, etc.).
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
- After receiving the returned product, we will arrange for a refund or exchange.
Return/Exchange Conditions:
- Due to Shipping Errors: If the product is damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, we will exchange or repair the product free of charge.
- Customer's Personal Reason: Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened products.
Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Items:
- Items not returned within 7 days.
- Used or installed products (e.g., installed bow accessories).
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your designated account. Members will receive points equivalent to the refund amount, but points cannot be converted to cash. If the refund is requested due to the customer’s reason, bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
