Ame Archery After-Sales Service Announcement

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you for choosing Ame Archery products! To better protect your rights, we have established the following warranty policy:

Warranty Coverage
If a product purchased from our store is found to be defective or damaged, we will provide warranty service after verifying the purchase date and inspecting the relevant parts based on the manufacturer's standards.
Even for products not covered under standard warranty, damages occurring within seven days of use may be considered an initial defect. Please contact us, and we will make a formal decision regarding warranty, repair, or replacement based on our warranty policy upon receiving your request.

Exclusions from Warranty

  1. Damage caused by intentional misuse or external impact, such as dropping, is not covered under the warranty.
  2. Damage caused to compound bows due to dry firing, or any damage resulting in the bow breaking apart, is not covered.
  3. Abnormalities resulting from combining our products with those from other manufacturers are not eligible for warranty.

Warranty Conditions

  1. Warranty service is limited to the original purchaser, specifically customers who directly purchased a new product from our store.
  2. The warranty period is based on the product's initial purchase date.
  3. In cases where the product is discontinued or cannot be repaired, we may offer a replacement of an equivalent product or discuss a price difference.
